Vincenzo Russo trionfa ai Food & Wine Italia Awards come miglior chef under 35
🍽 Vincenzo Russo, a 29-year-old chef from Sant'Antonio Abate, was awarded "Best Chef Under 35" at the 2025 Food & Wine Italia Awards. Leading the culinary team at the Furore Grand Hotel, a luxury five-star property on the Amalfi Coast, he is redefining Italian cuisine. The hotel, opened in 2023, features 35 rooms, a Michelin-starred restaurant, and a 20,000 sqm garden. Over 150 guests attended the award ceremony, showcasing Russo's signature dish, "Veli di Mare.
