🍅 In 2025, Italy processed 5.8 million tons of tomatoes from 78,695 hectares, rising slightly from 2024 but falling 10% below targets. Italy regained second place globally, trailing the US but surpassing China. The North processed 3.12 million tons, up 27.6%, while the Center-South processed 2.71 million tons, down 5.3%.
