🍫 CSM Ingredients, part of Nexture, is launching Nuaré, a plant-based carob ingredient line for baking and ice cream as an alternative to cocoa. Due to the high cocoa prices from supply shortages and climate challenges, Nuaré offers cost predictability and supply continuity. It will debut at Food Ingredients Europe 2025 in Paris from December 2-4. The carob ingredient, drought-resistant and eco-friendly, promises enhanced sensory and visual qualities for diverse culinary applications.
