Sigep World 2026, 16 gelatieri italiani in finale per il pass mondiale

🍦 Sedici maestri gelatieri italiani si sfideranno il 17 gennaio 2026 a Rimini, al Gelato & Pastry Lab nel Padiglione C6 di Sigep World 2026. L'evento è parte del Gelato Festival World Masters, nato nel 2010 a Firenze, ispirato da Bernardo Buontalenti (1559). La gara, organizzata con Carpigiani e Sigep – Italian Exhibition Group, selezionerà chi accederà alla Finale Mondiale. La scorsa edizione (2017-2021) ha coinvolto oltre 3.500 partecipanti globali.
