🍷 Vendemmia 2024 at Stajnbech experienced early grape maturation and rapid harvesting, with an intense aroma concentration. The season featured abundant rain and cool weather in May and June, followed by a temperature spike in mid-July without hail damage. August's heat advanced maturation by 12 days, preserving grape acidity for fresh, elegant wines with robust structure. Giuliano Valent, at his 56th harvest, anticipates unique annual evolution. Stajnbech, founded in 1991 in Pramaggiore (VE), is known for artisanal wines and environmental respect.

Bugin: il gin innovativo per il pairing perfetto con la carne

🍷 Bugin, a gin designed to enhance the flavor of meat, was born in Piedmont with 8 botanicals complementing those used in meat cooking. Mauro Schiavo, a barman and butcher, initiated the concept in 2017 at TASTA in San Mauro Torinese (Torino), with the product launching in 2019. Bugin (45% VOL) is a compound gin that rests for a month before bottling and offers two limited editions: Barrique Old Tom (40% VOL, 70 cl) and Barrique ex Timo (45% VOL, 70 cl). Additionally, Bugin Ready To Drink Gin Tonic is available in 250 ml cans (7.8% VOL).

Newlat: ricavi in calo e miglioramento della margilità nel primo semestre 2024

EmiliaFoodFest: a Carpi torna il festival dei sapori della Via Emilia
