🍒 Fabbri 1905 launches exclusive Cherry Liqueur and Grappuva Liqueur, inspired by Italian convivial tradition, perfect for after-dinner enjoyment and served ice-cold. These new drinks are modern takes on the company's market-leading Ciliegie al Liquore and Grappuva. Cherry Liqueur has a ruby red color, balanced palate, and 28% alcohol volume in 70 cl bottles. Grappuva Liqueur features a brilliant straw-yellow hue, a bouquet of flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit, and 23% alcohol volume, also in 70 cl bottles.

Ludovica Faiotto vince la settima edizione del contest ''San Gennà… Un Dolce per San Gennaro''

🍰 Ludovica Faiotto, 26, won the 7th edition of "San Gennà... Un Dolce per San Gennaro" contest organized by Mulino Caputo. Prize included €1000, 1000 kg of flour, and personal satisfaction. Her creation, "O Patron," featured classic shortcrust pastry with almond crunch, vanilla cream, mandarin gel-filled choux, and orange blossom yogurt bavarois, wowing judges with its balance and elegance. The finale was held at the Renaissance Naples Hotel Mediterraneo's roof garden. Jurors included pastry chef Pietro Macellaro and two-star chef Gennaro Esposito.

Martha May Markham è la vincitrice della competizione ''Classici Senza Rivali''

🍸 Martha May Markham from the UK won the 2024 "Classici Senza Rivali" international cocktail competition with her innovative "Toe The Lime" cocktail, featuring No.3 Gin, held in Schiedam, Netherlands. With 8 years of experience, Markham, currently at Bar Swift in Soho, showcased her cocktail at the historical De Kuyper distillery. The winning recipe includes 45 ml of No.3 Gin, a clarified Key Lime pie cordial with condensed milk and cream cheese, cardamom, and orange tincture, garnished with Digestive biscuit and oak-smoked sea salt powder. She won a dinner at Burnt Ends restaurant and will feature in Bar Convent Singapore. The jury, including industry experts Emma Stokes, Myriam Hendrickx, and Alessandro Palazzi, evaluated the cocktails based on knowledge of Gimlet, innovative approach, flavor balance, presentation, and consumer appeal. ????

Spirits&Colori distribuirà i primi Vermouth e Bitter Biologici siciliani

🥂 Simone Sabaini and Giusto Occhipinti collaborated to create Azienda Agricola Naturale, offering the first organic Vermouth and Bitter made from natural Sicilian wine, distributed by Spirits&Colori. Vermouth Naturale Rosso and Orange as well as Bitter Naturale, with alcohol contents of 18% and 21% respectively, are crafted with indigenous yeasts and organic botanicals, embracing sustainability and Sicilian terroir. Spirits & Colori has been specializing in the distribution of quality spirits since 2016 from its base in Reggio Emilia, Italy.

🏆 Ortika, a community cooperative, won the Premio 100% Italiano for reviving the cultivation of black nettle in Cimone's mountain and producing yarn, clothing, and cosmetics, thereby preserving Fanano's textile history. The award ceremony took place on September 14 at Villa La Babina's historical park in Sasso Morelli, where Giovanni Bettini, president of CLAI, presented the prize to Ortika's founder Luisa Ciocci. Since its inception in 2016, the award had been given to various exemplary Italian ventures and resumed in 2022 with ANT and in 2023 with Conapi.

Latteria Soresina: un piano di crescita tra innovazione e export
