🍞 "Bread Bro," a collaboration between Piemonte's Grano – Fornai in Fermento, Cibrario Torino, and Tellia Lab, will debut at Terra Madre - Salone del Gusto in Torino from September 26-30. Sergio Scovazzo of Grano, Enrico Murdocco of Tellia Lab, and Jacopo Pistone of Cibrario Torino, friends and professionals passionate about baking, aim to offer high-quality products, moving beyond competition. Visitors can sample diverse bread types, pizzas, sandwiches, and panettoni at Bread Bro's stand.
