Sanbittèr delina le sei ''Tribù dell'Aperitivo''

🍹 Sanbittèr has identified "six different 'aperitif tribes'" in Italy, reflecting the diverse ways Italians enjoy this social tradition. The "Traditionalists", who make up 55% of Italians, prefer authentic local flavors and often frequent the same bar. In contrast, 63% of Italians identify as "Explorers", seeking new experiences in food and drink, leading Sanbittèr to create new products with Sicilian and Ligurian inspirations. Other identified groups include "Socializers", "Homebodies", "Trendsetters", and the health-conscious "Balanced" individuals, who opt for low-alcohol or non-alcoholic options. These groups, despite their different tastes, all cherish the aperitif ritual uniting them under the Italian "bien vivre".

Le strategie della crescita di Hyatt passano dall’Italia: nuova apertura a Roma nel 2025

🏧 Hyatt Regency's first Italian location opens in Rome near Termini Station and close to the Colosseum and Monti district. Designed by architects Jeremy King and Riccardo Roselli in the early 2000s, Hyatt Regency Roma Termini boasts an outdoor pool, bar, restaurant with terrace, and 238 rooms. It features over 1,000 sqm of flexible meeting and event space, including large, naturally lit conference rooms and indoor/outdoor foyers. Since Park Hyatt Milano's inception in 2003, Hyatt's Italian portfolio has grown to six properties across five cities with five new hotels added since 2019. Javier Águila, Hyatt's EMEA Group President, sees Italy's tourism rebound as an opportunity for growth through organic development and acquisitions. Hyatt Regency Rome Termini's launch aligns with Hyatt's ambition to expand in primary Italian urban areas and secondary destinations, aiming to become the go-to brand for local and international travelers.

Arriva la prima edizione della Coppa Casoni

L'appello di AssoBirra al Governo: ridurre le accise per tornare a crescere

In 2023, production fell to 17.4 million hectoliters, down by 5.02% from the previous year, with national consumption at 21.2 million hectoliters, declining by 5.85%. The first half of 2024 saw a 10.2% rise in beer imports amidst ongoing market contraction. The beer sector employs about 103,000 people, with excise taxes heavily impacting the price of beer, making up roughly 80 cents for draft beer and 40% of the price for the most sold 0.66-liter bottles in supermarkets.

Arriva TLB a Milano: un kebab di qualità nel cuore della città

EmergentePastry: al via la selezione dei migliori giovani talenti della pasticceria da ristorazione
