🍾 Global kosher wine market is expected to grow at a 5-7% CAGR over the next five years, with a +5% demand increase in Europe and up to +7% in the US compared to last year. The "Kosher Certification Synonymous with Italian and Lombard Excellence" conference was held on October 30 in Mantova. Edoardo Freddi International, Italy's first wine export management company, collaborates with several Italian wineries exporting kosher wines. In Italy, the top 5 regions for kosher product demand are Lazio, Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna, Veneto, and Friuli Venezia Giulia, with Tuscany and Piedmont following. The USA is the primary market for kosher wine, consuming 60% of global production, especially in New York and Los Angeles. Edoardo Freddi International's 2023 revenue exceeded €86 million, a +6% increase from 2022, with 35 million bottles sold mainly in the USA, Germany, UK, Denmark, Singapore, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, and Greater China.
