Le soluzioni Bonduelle Food Service per la ristorazione: le novità in fiera nel 2025

🌿 Bonduelle Food Service, part of Gruppo Bonduelle, will showcase innovative plant-based solutions at key food industry fairs in early 2025. They will attend Hospitality from February 3-6 at Riva del Garda (TN), and Beer & Food Attraction from February 16-18 at Fiera di Rimini. Featuring the Brunoise line and Contorno Rustico Minute®, the offerings also include frozen foods and canned products. Executive Chef Fabrizio Milione will provide demonstrations. Bonduelle Food Service, a 2025 premium partner of the Federazione Italiana Cuochi, will be at Hospitality's Pavilion B1, Stand D17, and at Beer & Food Attraction's Pavilion A1, Stand 001.

Birrificio 2 Sorelle: la nuova veste grafica è un omaggio alla sua storia femminile

🍺 Birrificio 2 Sorelle, run by Federica and Elisa Toso, revamped its beer range with modern graphics featuring a female silhouette, reflecting the brewery's women-led history. Located in the heart of Langhe, the brewery was established in 2011 and cultivates its own barley and hops, with the first hop harvest in September last year. Awarded by Slow Food's Beer Guide 2025, the brewery offers six unfiltered, unpasteurized beers with a unique 33 cl vichy bottle design and multilingual labels, each with a color-coded identity: Naïf (yellow), Sister Ale (orange), Amber (red), Special (purple), Hella Hop (green), Wahida (blue). The restyling extends to caps, boxes, and coasters, emphasizing the brewery's philosophy of celebrating local heritage and female influence.

Ritorna il Gelato di Latte Biraghi in Piazza San Carlo: una tradizione torinese

🍦 Starting from Friday, January 31, the famed Gelato di Latte Biraghi will be available again in Turin at Piazza San Carlo 188. Despite its summer association, the gelato's year-round appeal has led to its early return. Fabio Benvenuti, Store Manager, mentioned over 250,000 gelatos served in 2024, hoping to surpass this in 2025. Made with milk, cream, and sugar from Cuneo and Turin provinces, it excludes emulsifiers, flavors, and stabilizers. Biraghi Spa, established in 1934, processes approximately 465,000 liters of milk daily, totaling 170 million liters annually, producing cheese and dairy without preservatives. As the Official Partner of the Italian National Football Teams since 2023, Biraghi highlights Italian production chains.

🏡 Tuttohotel Awards were held on January 22 at Mostra d’Oltremare in Naples, during the fifth edition of Tuttohotel. Thirty-two awards were presented to entrepreneurs and companies from central and southern Italy for their performance, quality of services, and innovation in hospitality. Notable awards included the Special Architectural Award to Studio Apostoli, Career Award to Teresa Naldi, and the Best Spa to Almablu Wellness & Spa. Other accolades were given for various hospitality categories such as beach clubs, luxury hotels, and customer experience.

Emanuele Longo del Birrificio Lariano vince il premio ''Birraio dell'Anno''

🍺 Emanuele Longo of Birrificio Lariano in Sirone won "Birraio dell’Anno" in Florence at the Cartiere Carrara theater. The brewery, started in May 2008, is known for a variety of beers including La Grigna, their Italian pils. The award, judged by 100 experts and the top 50 brewers from the previous year, recognizes craft beer contributions. Filip Lozinski of Wild Raccoon, established in late 2023, was named "Birraio Emergente" for brewers with less than three years of experience.
