Alessandro Santilli vince il contest ''Fior… di Teglia'' con la sua Margherita innovativa
🍕 Alessandro Santilli, chef and owner of Frumentario in Rome, won the 2024 "Fior… di Teglia" contest held by 50 Top Pizza and Latteria Sorrentina at Refettorio Made in Cloister in Naples. His winning "La mia visione di Margherita" pizza features a tomato Marasca base and is completed with several sauces, including San Marzano tomato concentrate, yellow datterino, tomato confit, basil, and a mozzarella and stracciatella cream from Latteria Sorrentina, topped with Piccadilly tomato powder.
