Gianluca Amoni trionfa alla St. Moritz Cocktail Week 2025 con il cocktail Horishi

🍸 Gianluca Amoni, Bar Manager of Balthazar e Balthazar Downtown, wins the third edition of St. Moritz Cocktail Week, with his signature cocktail "Horishi." The event highlights the art of quality mixing and luxury destinations in Engadin. The top cocktail features Altos Tequila Reposado, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, Yuzu, honey, and homemade plum and shiso purple liqueur. Judges included four expert mixologists: Riccardo Caione, Penelope Vaglini, Davide Diaferia, and Dirk Hany. Runners-up were cocktails from Grand Hotel Des Bains Kempinski St. Moritz and Cresta Palace Celerina. "Sam" Ahmed El Sayed of Hotel Schweizerhof's Piano Bar received the Critics' Award with Swiss Precision, served on alpine ice.

By 2030, they aim for 30% of raw materials from regenerative agriculture and 100% by 2040. The beer sector generates €10.2 billion in shared value in Italy.
