Firenze capitale della mixology: torna My Spirits by Partesa

🍻 On March 3rd, from 12:00 to 19:00, Florence hosts the mixology event "My Spirits", organized by Partesa. At Teatro Cartiere Carrara, over 100 spirits from 21 producers and 50+ author cocktails across 16 Mixology Stations are showcased. Special features include Liq.ID's new alcohol-free Upper Spritz and bartending live shows by renowned Italian bartenders like Bruno Vanzan. Entry is free with online registration; masterclasses have limited spots. Partesa, part of HEINEKEN Italy, serves over 34,300 Ho.Re.Ca clients with a 7,400 product portfolio.

Eurovo annuncia l'acquisizione di Waffelman

🍳 Gruppo Eurovo acquired Waffelman, with a 2024 turnover above €2.6M, marking a 28% increase from the previous year. Waffelman is based in Monsummano Terme, Pistoia, and specializes in breakfast bakery products. Eurovo, an egg and ovoproducts specialist with over 70 years of history under the Lionello family, aims to expand its business and strengthen its presence in the food sector. In 2023, Eurovo reported a revenue of €1.277B, employs more than 2,000 people, and serves over 5,000 clients across 40+ countries. The headquarters are in Imola, and the main production facility is in Occhiobello. The company also has a B2C segment with Naturelle, ProUp, Lolli brands, and a B2B focus through Eurovo Service and Maia Professional, operating across 20 facilities in Europe.
