Almond flour, a versatile ingredient, offers nutrients like fiber, calcium, iron, protein, magnesium, and vitamin E. Almonds are available in over 14 forms and are celebrated for their unique texture and flavor, supporting sports nutrition innovation through research on post-exercise recovery benefits.
