🍦 Orogel launches five new products for the restaurant industry, including Protein Burger with Eggplant and Mint, Protein Meatballs with Tomato, Rosemary Batter Potatoes, Vegetable Tempura Trio, and Pre-fried Eggplant Slices. These offerings cater to gluten-free, vegan, and plant-based diets, with Protein Burger and Meatballs containing 13g and 14g of vegetable-derived proteins per 100g, respectively. The Melanzane a Fette Prefritte feature IQF technology, ensuring year-round availability. Orogel, founded in 1967 and now the leading producer of frozen vegetables in Italy, has approximately 1,575 member farmers, 9,000 hectares under sustainable agriculture, and in 2024, marketed 155,500 tonnes of products, generating €383 million in revenue, employing 2,300 workers, and operating three production plants for frozen goods.
