✈️ IATA projects net profits for 2025 to fall to $36 billion (31.5 billion euros), down from $36.6 billion. ✈️ Aprile 2025, global passenger demand rose by 8% compared to April 2024, as reported by IATA. Total capacity increased by 6.5% year-on-year, with a load factor of 83.6% (+1.1 percentage points from April 2024). International demand surged by 10.8%, capacity grew by 8.5%, achieving a record-high April load factor of 84.1% (+1.7 percentage points). Domestic demand climbed 3.3% with a capacity rise of 3.1% and an 82.7% load factor (+0.1 points). Transatlantic market growth is promising, but consumer confidence remains fragile.
