Spirit pronta a mettere all’asta 20 Airbus per riequilibrare i conti
✈️ Spirit Airlines, currently under Chapter 11, plans to auction 20 aircraft, including 13 A320s and 7 A321s, to stabilize finances. The auction, pending bankruptcy court approval, is set for April 20. The fleet will reduce to 94 Airbus planes. The minimum auction price agreed with CSDS Asset Management is $533.5 million. CFO Fred Cromer notes this move will significantly cut debt, lease obligations, and yield substantial annual operational savings.
