🛌 Zedwell's first fully underground hotel opened in London's bustling Tottenham Court Road, offering affordable and central accommodation. Known for its innovative pod hotel concept, Zedwell maximizes space and ensures soundproof cocoons, featuring customizable lighting and temperature. This former parking lot now blends original pillars with modern design. With further locations in Piccadilly Circus, Greenwich, and Knightsbridge, Zedwell plans 15 new openings by 2028, targeting a young, budget-conscious audience. 🏨 Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Roma opened on Via Veneto, Rome. 🏛️ The €135 million project, led by Carlo Acampora, revamped the Grand Hotel Via Veneto, offering 122 rooms, a rooftop bar, and a city spa. Room rates start at €995, reaching €2,239 for the Sakura Suite. The first Italian Nobu Hotel and Restaurant features a miso black cod dish, marking 78 global restaurants. Founded by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper, the brand now includes 41 hotels.

🏨 Radisson Blu Hotel opens its first urban resort in Florence, 2025, in collaboration with Omnam Investment Group, Bain Capital, and Savills Sgr. Located minutes from the historic center, it features 304 rooms, a wellness center, spa, outdoor pool, and 1,500 m² for events. The hotel offers a 452 m² ballroom for up to 450 guests. Accessible via A1 highway, Florence and Pisa airports, and main train station, with shuttle service to the city center.

📍 BWH Hotels Italy & South-East Europe expands its portfolio with the addition of Grand Hotel Catanzaro and Hotel Colaiaco. Grand Hotel Catanzaro, featuring 39 renovated rooms, is the fourth BWH hotel in Calabria. Hotel Colaiaco in Anagni offers 51 rooms, including suites with marble bathrooms and private terraces. These additions strengthen BWH's presence in Central-Southern Italy, emphasizing quality and local authenticity.

🏨 In 2025, the Romeo Roma hotel opened in the historic Palazzo Capponi on Via di Ripetta, Rome. The project, led by Zaha Hadid Architects and Paola Cattarin, took over ten years and involved fifty companies, resulting in 230 permit requests. It features unique rooms, a 1,200 sqm Sisley Paris spa, and a restaurant by Alain Ducasse. The hotel blends historical restoration with contemporary design, showcasing art by renowned artists and offering a complete sensory experience.
