📣 In a OnePoll report commissioned by Accor, 97% of 5,000 European travelers check reviews before booking. Cleanliness (52%) is the top concern, followed by value (27%). Couples and families value reviews more, with 85% and 82% respectively considering them crucial, compared to 66% of solo and 55% of business travelers.
