5 step per misurare le performance del Canale Diretto

  • Alessandra Favaretto
  • 17 Luglio 2024
📊 Utilize spreadsheets to organize and calculate the percentage each sales channel contributes to the hotel's subtotal revenue. Track two key performance indicators (KPIs): direct revenue as a percentage of total hotel revenue, and direct revenue as a percentage of exclusively online channels. Regular updates on these KPIs help monitor direct channel performance over time. Strategies to improve position include enhancing website design, online booking experience, marketing strategies, loyalty programs, revenue management, and customer communication. Conversely, lower OTA rates, unanalyzed loyalty program participation, unmanaged contracts with tour operators, downgrading reservation systems, and halted digital marketing investments can harm direct sales. A second KPI, "direct channel revenue as a percentage of online revenue," completes the performance analysis, requiring only a simple spreadsheet and monthly calculations.
