🏖 Roma's summer tourism hits a record, with arrivals up by over 18% compared to last year, surpassing 38 million tourists. Despite typically lower summer figures and the challenges of the Giubileo, September expects 946,000 international visitors, spending nearly €1 billion. August forecasts 695,000 tourists with €526 million in spending. Hotel bookings are strong: 70% in July and August, nearing 60% in September. Tourists' average stay is six nights, contributing to a projected €15 billion revenue.

🛫 Arrivals to Italy soared in 2024. Italy saw nearly 146 million international arrivals, with a 55% rise from Asia Pacific, totaling 3.3 million. North America grew by 6.7 million arrivals (+18% vs 2023). EU traffic hit 93.1 million (+13% vs 2023), with Spain leading at 20.6 million. Extra-EU Europe reached 29.7 million (+14%), with the UK at 15.5 million. Middle East traffic declined by 4.8%, despite UAE growth of 10%.
