🏨 Boutique Hotel Stresa, located on Lago Maggiore, unveiled its new Signature Peacock Suite—named after the lakeside peacocks—following a debut season hosting global guests. Situated on the third floor, the suite features dual exposure with views of the private Villa Ducale park and Isola Bella. Highlights include a king-size bed with Rivolta Carmignani linens, a private wellness area with a freestanding tub and infrared sauna, and a sustainable amenity kit.

🏠 Hotel Mediterraneo, Riccione, completed an extensive renovation near Viale Ceccarini, focusing on 2,500 sqm of external facades. Engineered by POLISTUDIO A.E.S., the project used advanced ventilated facade systems to enhance thermal insulation and energy efficiency. The renovation featured Cotto d’Este porcelain gres for durability and aesthetics, including Limestone in 14mm thickness, Clay, and Oyster variants, alongside the X-BETON collection. This upgrade melds technology and aesthetics, modernizing the building while honoring its iconic past.

🏝 Un soft opening del W Sardinia a Poltu Quatu, Sardegna, è avvenuto prima del lancio ufficiale previsto per aprile 2026. Situato sulla costa nord-orientale, offre 154 camere e suite. La proposta culinaria include il ristorante di pesce TANIT, diretto dallo Chef stellato Andrea Berton. Il W Beach Club e l’AWAY Spa apriranno nel 2026. L'hotel presenta artigianalità sarda, escursioni guidate e avventure in barca. È il primo W Hotel in Sardegna, ampliando il brand in Italia.

🏨 Amapa will manage a new hotel within Fieramilano, Rho, partnering with Novotel of Accor. Savills' Hospitality & Leisure team advised Fondazione Fiera Milano in selecting Amapa for the project. The development will feature a 4-star hotel with over 260 rooms, including amenities like F&B spaces, meeting rooms, and a gym. Amapa currently operates 22 hotels in Italy totaling about 2,820 rooms and plans 14 more openings. This project enhances Milan's hospitality market and supports the area's development.

🏨 Il Collini Rooms di Milano entrerà a far parte della collezione Crafted di WorldHotels da settembre. Situato in via Mecenate, l'hotel dispone di 55 camere, tra cui 5 suite, ed è noto per il suo design creativo. Il direttore Antonio di Meglio sottolinea l'approccio esperienziale dell'hotel. Il rooftop ospita un ristorante panoramico. Con l'aggiunta del Collini Rooms, ci saranno 7 strutture WorldHotels in Italia.

🏨 Emblems Collection, in partnership with AG Group, will add three luxury properties in Tuscany, Umbria, and Puglia by mid-2026. In Siena, Palazzo Sozzini Malavolti offers 38 rooms, while Relais San Clemente near Perugia features 51 rooms and 9 private villas on a 40-hectare park. Masseria Furnirussi in Puglia will have 60 suites, many with private pools. These join a Cortina location, expanding Emblems to four Italian and seven global hotels.

🏨 NH Catania Centro, located near Catania's lungomare, completed a comprehensive restyling project in July 2025, updating all spaces including 120 rooms across 9 floors. The redesign features earth tones and geometric patterns. The hotel offers 7 meeting rooms, accommodating up to 200 people. "The Seagull" restaurant highlights Mediterranean dishes, while a lounge bar serves local wines. An installation by "Artista della Luce" Domenico Pellegrino celebrates Sicilian identity.

🏨 President Hotel in Palermo has completed the first phase of its two-year renovation, supported by public incentives like Credito d’Imposta Mezzogiorno. The updates include new climate systems, solar panels, and modern elevators. The sixth floor now features 122 renovated Panoramic rooms. Starting in November, the second phase will enhance the panoramic restaurant and add a rooftop pool, 700 m² terrace, wellness area, and MICE facilities.
