Despite a 20-30% drop in American visitors in Florence's grand hotels, THE PLACE maintained 2024 levels. Meli promotes year-round tourism and artisan support through The Place of Wonders foundation.

Cortina ha un nuovo indirizzo luxury: apre il Grand Hotel Ampezzo di DHOM Collection

🏖 Grand Hotel Ampezzo in Cortina d'Ampezzo opens this winter season, located in the historic center on Via della Stazione. Designed by Studio Zuretti, the hotel, originally from the 1920s, features 70 rooms, including 26 suites with Dolomite views. The 1000 sqm spa, one of the largest in Cortina, includes various wellness amenities. Part of the DHOM Collection, this new luxury address offers a garage with 80 spaces and complements the Grand Hotel Savoia within the group.

Alto Adige, le mille novità d’autunno dell’Hotel Plunhof tra Sky Pool, camere e Spa

Milano, apre l’hotel Calimala di Milu Holding: design e creatività a Porta Romana

🏨 Milano, settembre 2025 📍: Calimala Milano, parte di Milu Holding, ha aperto a Porta Venezia, in via Melzo 7. Direttore generale: Andrea Peppe. L’edificio ospita 88 camere e suite in 10 categorie, caratterizzato da un design ispirato al modernismo milanese anni '50, reinterpretato in chiave contemporanea. Progettato da Alex Meitlis, l'hotel include un rooftop con Pool Bar, due terrazze e un Garden Cafè. Originariamente, era la sede storica di Jannelli & Volpi.

Rocco Forte a Milano, è conto alla rovescia per l’opening in via della Spiga
