🏦 Numa Group, a leading fully digital hospitality platform in Europe, is expanding its Italian portfolio with four new properties in Rome, Florence, and Venice, totaling over 455 units. In Rome's Trastevere historic district, a development with 72 units and 291 beds will open in Q2 2025. Florence's Palazzo Haggis, featuring 6 units, is set to open in Q4 2024, close to major attractions. Venice's Palazzo Orseolo, with 13 units and 34 beds, is being renovated in the San Marco district. Umberto Ottaviani, General Manager Italy at Numa Group, emphasizes the expansion's aim to blend historic charm with modern digital comforts.
