Rapallo, nuova vita per lo storico hotel Giulio Cesare: riaprirà in primavera come AN Hotels

🌆 AN Hotels has announced the grand return of the Hotel Giulio Cesare in Rapallo, set for spring 2025. This historic Liberty-style hotel, established in the early 1900s and located opposite the city's marina, will reopen as AN Hotel Giulio Cesare Rapallo after significant renovations while preserving its Belle Epoque structure. Spanning approximately 2,000 square meters across 4+1 floors, the property will feature 19 units: 7 apartments, 3 junior suites, 7 suites, and 2 penthouses with jacuzzi pools—all with balconies, gardens, or terraces. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a panoramic rooftop terrace overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio. The chain already owns 4 hotels in the Milan area.

Alessio Lazazzera, un galantuomo in Laguna

📆 Alessio Lazazzera, hailing from Sant’Agnello di Sorrento, has a notable 35-year career in hospitality management across iconic establishments including Ciga Hotels, Sheraton, Starwood, Relais & Chateaux, and The Leading Hotels of the World. As general manager, he led Grand Hotel Quisisana in Capri for 13 years (2002-2015) and later managed 5-star luxury hotels like St. Regis Venice San Clemente Palace and Falisia, Luxury Collection Resort & SPA in Trieste. Gli hotel alla prova del codice Cin. Federalberghi: “In regola l’80% delle strutture”

🏨 Federalberghi reports that nearly 80% of lodging facilities and apartments, over 451,000 out of 571,000, are compliant with the National Identification Code (CIN) in the new year. Matera province leads with 94.10% CIN issuance, followed by Bolzano at 93.09%, while Terni (54.33%) and Trieste (55.69%) are at the bottom. Tuscany, Lombardy, Veneto, Lazio, Puglia, and Sicily top the regions in CIN distribution. Penalties for non-compliance range from €800 to €8,000.

Lavoro, Aica e Federturismo rinnovano il CCNL: cosa cambia dal 1 gennaio

💰 Aica and Federturismo renewed the national collective labor agreement on December 21. The agreement, which starts on January 1, 2025, and lasts for three years, foresees a €200 base pay increase for employees on the C2 level, distributed in four tranches, and in five tranches for travel, tourism, and congress firms. It also includes a one-off comprehensive indemnity of €450 (€320 for travel, tourism, and congress companies) covering the period since negotiations stalled in July until the first tranche of the economic increase. The agreement aims to ensure stability and competitiveness in the tourism industry while safeguarding employees' professionalism.
