🏨 In November 2025, Rocco Forte Hotels opened its 10th establishment in Italy, The Carlton, located in Milan's Quadrilatero with access from via Senato and via della Spiga. The hotel features 71 suites and rooms, two restaurants, a bar, and a spa. The renovation was led by architects Philip Vergeylen and Paolo Moschino, directed by Olga Polizzi. Culinary offerings include Spiga and Cafe Floretta, with mixology by Salvatore Calabrese. A garden will open in spring 2026. Managing Director Francesco Roccato oversees the hotel.

🏠 Villa Paola in Tropea undergoes a transformation starting autumn 2025, completing by spring 2026. The project by Palomba Serafini Associati introduces 14 renovated rooms and new spaces, blending historical charm with contemporary comfort. Built between 1543-1552 as a convent, it became a noble residence and now a boutique hotel. Local artisans enhance its Mediterranean essence. Previously hosting Luchino Visconti and Claudia Cardinale, it features the fine dining restaurant “De’Minimi.”

🏨 Pisa, 2029: A five-star luxury hotel by Vista will open in Piazza dei Miracoli, within Palazzo dei Trovatelli. This 5,800 sqm space, featuring 40 rooms, a gourmet restaurant, and a spa, will be managed by the Passera family. Gennaro Gattuso exits the project initiated in 2019. The building, dating back to 1315, will undergo restoration with local collaboration. The Madonna family holds 75% of the property, with the remaining 25% owned by the Passeras.

🏨 Radisson Blu Hotel, Florence, opens as an urban resort in Florence, Italy, replacing the former Sheraton and Conference Florentia Hotel. The hotel features 304 rooms, including 38m² Family Rooms, a wellness center, outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a fitness hub. A 1,500m² events area includes 15 multifunctional spaces, with a 452m² ballroom for up to 450 guests. Dining options include Bertarelli Restaurant and La Primavera. The project is a collaboration between Radisson Hotel Group, Omnam Investment Group, Bain Capital, and Savills SGR.
