🛒 NYX Hotels by Leonardo Hotels is opening a new urban lifestyle hotel in Rome's Prati district in summer 2025. The former Hotel Cicerone site is being redeveloped with a €30 million investment, featuring 324 contemporary rooms, conference rooms, and two restaurants offering modern Roman and international street food. Aiming for BREEAM “Very Good” certification, it will incorporate sustainable materials and technology. The hotel will also host a permanent art gallery with works from renowned and emerging artists.

🏖 A aprile 2026, il San Clemente Palace Hotel di Venezia riaprirà dopo una ristrutturazione firmata Mandarin Oriental. L'hotel, situato sull'isola privata affacciata sulla Laguna, chiuderà a novembre 2025 per il restyling da parte dello studio Albion Nord. 🏨 Pacini Group and IHG's Garner Rome Aurelia, opening in Rome's north, is Garner's first Italian location. The midscale hotel features 58 rooms, a 24/7 lounge bar, a Roman cuisine restaurant, a garden area, and a large business meeting room. It's near the Vatican and accessible to Rome Fiumicino Airport. Guests can join IHG One Rewards, with over 130 million members globally, for special rates and benefits at more than 6,000 hotels worldwide.

📍 Milan Marriott Hotel reopens after renovation with 317 modern rooms and over 3,000 sqm of event space. Located in Milan, it boasts the largest conference center in the city center. The hotel features two 400 sqm halls, 14 meeting rooms, and by year-end, new dining and leisure areas, including the "Leonardo" room. Managed by Russotti Gestioni Hotels, they operate 1,476 rooms across Italy, aiming to cater to evolving traveler needs.

🏖 Le Dune Resort, a 4-star beachfront hotel in Porto Palo di Menfi, joins BWH Hotels Italia & Malta’s Signature Collection for summer 2025. The resort features 52 rooms, adding to BWH's 11 Sicilian properties. Amenities include a bar, restaurant, adult and children's pools, a private beach, and more. Fabrizio Doria and Andrea Sangiani highlight the strategic expansion and enhanced guest experience.

🏨 NH Firenze, located near Florence's historic center, has revamped its image for summer 2023 with updated interiors and a renovated rooftop terrace. Who? NH Firenze. When? Summer 2023. Where? Florence, Italy. What? Modernized 152 rooms and a rooftop pool & bar. How? Renovations include warm tones and premium materials. The Narciso Rooftop Pool & Bar is open daily from 10:00-18:30, while the bar operates until 24:00. Business facilities include nine meeting rooms for up to 130 people.

🏨 NH Collection Hotels & Resorts opens NH Collection Palermo Palazzo Sitano in Palermo, the second NH Collection location in Italy in 2025. This marks the sixth property for Minor Hotels in Sicily. Located in Palermo's historic center on Via Vittorio Emanuele, the palazzo dates back to between 1712-1860. It offers 86 rooms and facilities such as a restaurant, bar, sauna, and fitness center. The venue also includes a meeting room for up to 56 people.

🏦 Hotel Gabrielli in Venice reopens on July 9, 2025, as a 5-star establishment under Starhotels, featuring a restoration designed by Andrea Auletta. The hotel, owned by the Perkhofer family since 1856, joined The Leading Hotels of the World and reduced its rooms from 105 to 66. Over 700 chandeliers and sconces by Murano glass masters were restored. The hotel offers a 600 square meter winter garden, a 150 square meter panoramic terrace, a K Lounge Bar, a Ballroom, and an exclusive SPA with hammam and treatment rooms.
